Deck overview

This deck is a four-color (sans-green) Polymorph control deck commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary strategy utilizes low-cost token generators such as Skrelv's Hive, Oath of Gideon, and Kher Keep to provide expendable bodies during the early turns. On Turn 5, Jace, Multiverse Architect enters the battlefield and uses its -3 loyalty ability to transform a token into an overwhelming creature or planeswalker payoff, including Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, and Serra's Emissary. The deck supports this game plan with a robust suite of 2-CMC mana rocks, powerful mass-polymorph backup spells like Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny, and flexible sweepers that double as token producers. Opponents face severe attrition and combat taxes while the deck closes the game via massive aerial damage and multiplied life loss.
