Format: Commander

Commander: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER is the face this deck actually uses: a cheap sacrifice-and-draw engine whose death trigger builds toward the transform, while the One-Winged Angel back face is a bonus payoff rather than the plan. The deck wins by getting a single creature to die after Exquisite Blood plus Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Sanguine Bond is online, then letting Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Sephiroth's own trigger turn that death into an infinite life-drain loop. Buried Alive, Reanimate, and Victimize provide a graveyard recursion route, and Ayara, Syr Konrad, and Gray Merchant offer independent drain damage. Every line is tutor-supported, and the commander is replaceable, making the list flexible for mono-black combo.
