Auntie Ools Blight Curse by Ravendro

Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jund -1/-1-counters attrition deck helmed by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch. The plan is to plaster counters across the board-on your own creatures for card draw and on opponents' for life loss-then convert that density into tokens, theft, proliferate storms, and table-wide drains. Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, Nest of Scarabs, and Flourishing Defenses turn every counter into bodies; Blowfly Infestation and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician chain those bodies into loops; Obelisk Spider, All Will Be One, and Lasting Tarfire turn the same triggers into direct damage. Necroskitter and The Reaper, King No More steal whatever dies with counters, while Maha, Its Feathers Night and Kulrath Knight lock the board. Auntie Ool is the central value engine (draw on your counters, drain on theirs) but is not a combo piece herself. Wins come from infinite drain/token loops when the pieces align, or from inexorable mid-game attrition when they do not.
