Deck overview

This is a midrange Azorius deck helmed by King T'Challa // Black Panther, Hope Enduring, built around the "draw your second card each turn" trigger. The front side of the commander provides a repeatable draw engine every time any player draws their second card, while the back side is a double-striking voltron threat that also draws cards on combat damage. The deck leverages symmetrical draw effects (Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Scrawling Crawler) to force its own triggers and those of its payoff cards, generating incremental value through tokens, +1/+1 counters, treasure, and life drain. The primary win condition is combat damage, either through a heavily equipped commander or a Super State-enchanted creature that spreads damage to all opponents. Secondary wins include Psychosis Crawler draining opponents over time and Twenty-Toed Toad's alternate condition. The deck lacks tutors and fast mana, relying on its draw engine to find pieces, making its speed modest but its inevitability respectable.
