Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Grixis Discard Storm archetype commanded by Norman Osborn // Green Goblin. Early turns focus on establishing mana rocks and deploying Norman Osborn to filter draws and stock the graveyard through unblockable connive triggers. Transforming Norman into Green Goblin unlocks a powerful engine where nonland cards gain mayhem and graveyard casts receive a {2} generic mana discount. The deck leverages premier wheels such as Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, and Dark Deal alongside Underworld Breach to chain fast rituals and draw spells. As dozens of cards are discarded, win conditions like Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Orcish Bowmasters, and Magmakin Artillerist deal lethal burn damage to all opponents in a single turn. Free commander interaction including Deflecting Swat and Fierce Guardianship protects the winning turn, while Archfiend of Ifnir wipes opposing boards.
