Deck overview

This is a Boros artifact-storm deck piloted by Sami, Wildcat Captain, whose affinity-for-artifacts ability converts a battlefield full of moxen, rocks, and Treasures into near-free spells while she threatens a double-striking, vigilant clock on the side. The real engine lives in the 99: accelerate into five-plus artifacts by turn three, refuel with wheels and exile-draw spells, then finish with an Aetherflux Reservoir storm turn - three 50-life activations - or the Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Grinding Station infinite-mill line. Devastating Onslaught offers a flexible third kill by copying the Reservoir to multiply its lifegain triggers. Fast mana like Mishra's Workshop, Grim Monolith, and Mana Vault, a compact tutor suite, and engines such as Mystic Forge, Chimil, the Inner Sun, and Birgi, God of Storytelling push the median kill to turns 4-5. Sami is an amplifier, not a keystone: the deck's winning lines function at full capacity without her.
