Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity cEDH Izzet Spellslinger and Combo list commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan revolves around enchanting Vivi Ornitier with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or pairing it with Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals 1 noncombat damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each spell cast draws three cards. This massive card velocity feeds directly into 0-mana artifacts, rituals, and free spells, allowing the deck to chain 40+ spells in a single turn and eliminate all three opponents simultaneously through direct damage. The deck accelerates this plan using format-ceiling fast mana and protects its critical turn with free interaction including Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Force of Will. Robust secondary win lines like Underworld Breach with Brain Freeze and Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal ensure high resilience if the commander is contested.
