Deck overview

This deck is a high-power mono-blue artifact control strategy commanded by Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant. It leverages a dense suite of fast mana rocks, cost-reducing artificers, and utility lands to accelerate into dominant midgame positions ahead of normal curve expectations. Once the commander enters the battlefield, it establishes asymmetric dominance by automatically countering the first instant, sorcery, or artifact spell each opponent casts every turn, while duplicating your own noncreature spells. The deck wins by generating infinite colorless mana through Basalt Monolith combined with Forsaken Monument or Forensic Gadgeteer, channeling that mana into a lethal Walking Ballista activation. Alternatively, it can overrun opponents through combat by turning all noncreature artifacts into 4/4 flying constructs with Cyberdrive Awakener or swinging with Blightsteel Colossus and Cybermen Squadron. A suite of low-mana counterspells and bounce effects provides dependable protection and interaction throughout the game.
