Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-red group slug and self-harm burn engine led by Daredevil, Fearless Fighter. Daredevil weaponizes self-inflicted damage—from pain lands, group slug artifacts, and its own attack trigger—by reflecting that exact damage directly at opponents. Symmetrical punisher cards like Manabarbs, Spellshock, Ankh of Mishra, and Zo-Zu the Punisher turn every game action into life loss for the table. The deck breaks parity through lifelink equipment such as Basilisk Collar and Shadowspear, which transform reflected damage and self-harm into massive life gain. Heavy damage amplifiers including Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Fiery Emancipation, and Fiendish Duo rapidly escalate chip damage into lethal bursts. High-impact threats like Heartless Hidetsugu and Neheb, the Eternal provide explosive closing power and mana acceleration. Supported by efficient redirection spells like Deflecting Swat and flexible removal, the deck consistently applies overwhelming table-wide pressure by Turn 5 and closes games around Turn 7.
