Samurai Showdown by Papa-Triste

Format: Commander

Commander: Isshin, Two Heavens as One

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Isshin, Two Heavens as One is a Mardu attack-trigger swarm deck. The primary plan is to deploy Isshin early, then stack multiple creatures and enchantments that trigger on attack, doubling each trigger to create a wide token board and finish with pump or drain. Secondary paths include Purphoros/Impact Tremors ETB burn, Karlach extra combat, and Caesar as a self-contained token/damage engine. There is no double-faced commander; the closest hidden-commander role is Caesar, Legion's Emperor, but the deck is built around Isshin. No infinite combo is present; wins are achieved through combat damage, attack-trigger drain, and token ETB pings. The deck can rebuild after wipes with recursive creatures and mass protection.
