Wheat on a Chess Board by SaintMac

Deck overview

This Simic deck helmed by Zimone, Paradox Sculptor is a counter-manipulation engine that leverages proliferate, counter doubling, and untap synergies to accelerate to alternate-win conditions or infinite-turn loops. The primary game plan involves deploying a low-curve counter generator (Gyre Sage, Incubation Druid), using Zimone to double counters for explosive mana, then either assembling Sage of Hours for infinite turns, charging Simic Ascendancy, Darksteel Reactor, or The Millennium Calendar to victory, or overwhelming the board with enormous modified creatures. The deck's redundancy in doublers (Vorel of the Hull Clade, Deepglow Skate, Aetheric Amplifier) and dense interaction suite let it pivot between combo and combat wins.
