Deck overview

This deck utilizes Jhoira of the Ghitu to bypass massive mana costs by suspending game-ending spells and dragons for just two generic mana. Early turns prioritize mana rocks and deploying Jhoira by Turn 3. Once active, the deck exiles high-impact threats like Omniscience, Ancient Copper Dragon, and Terror of the Peaks, which tick down over four turns. To safeguard this slow setup, the list runs premium countermagic like Mana Drain and Deflecting Swat, alongside disruptive permanents like Possibility Storm and War's Toll. Notably, spells cast from exile bypass Possibility Storm entirely, leaving your suspended payoffs intact while opponents struggle to cast targeted answers. When the final time counter is removed, your creatures enter with haste to deliver a swift combat finish.
