Deck overview

This Grixis Edward Kenway deck is a treasure-and-vehicle tempo engine. Edward turns every tapped Assassin, Pirate, or Vehicle into a Treasure at end step, while Vehicles exile opponents' libraries and let you cast their cards. The primary path is incremental damage and card advantage from crewing Vehicles; the secondary, faster path is the infinite Shao Jun combo using Maskwood Nexus/Conspiracy plus Malcolm. Ramses, Assassin Lord offers a compact alternate win when an Assassin kills a player. Malcolm is a hidden combo catalyst, though not a commander. The deck leans on Edward for mana, but the tribal shells can operate without him.
