Luckweaver by OctalPlains

Format: Commander

Commander: Bilbo, Thief in the Night

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bilbo, Thief in the Night is a mono-blue value/voltron hybrid. The commander's attack trigger turns the graveyard into a second hand, and his cost reduction makes spells from exile, graveyard, and top-of-library cheaper. The primary plan is to make Bilbo unblockable and attack every turn, recurring instants, sorceries, and artifacts for card advantage and protection. Secondary paths lean on Bilbo, Luckwearer and flying Rogues to loot, then close with Blackblade Reforged, Scytheclaw, or Candlekeep Inspiration turning the whole board huge. There is no true combo or infinite mana outlet; the deck wins through incremental Commander damage and one or two extra turns. No hidden commander exists.
