Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger burn deck led by Black Waltz No. 3. The strategy revolves around deploying the commander or redundant pingers such as Guttersnipe and Firebrand Archer, then chaining noncreature spells to burn the entire table simultaneously. Fast rituals like Dark Ritual, Desperate Ritual, and Seething Song provide explosive mana velocity, which combines with mass recursion engines like Underworld Breach and Past in Flames to generate high storm counts. Damage enhancers like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and Artist's Talent accelerate the clock, allowing moderate spell sequences to deal lethal damage across all three opponents. In addition to direct burn lines, the deck includes a compact two-card infinite combo using Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame to create an arbitrarily large army of hasty attackers. While the deck boasts high burst lethality, it relies heavily on maintaining a fragile creature on board and navigating around opposing removal.
