Deck overview

This is a blisteringly fast Izzet storm/spellslinger deck helmed by Bria, Riptide Rogue. The primary game plan is to chain a critical mass of noncreature spells - fueled by a dense ritual package (Desperate Ritual, Pyretic Ritual, Rite of Flame, Jeska's Will, Birgi, God of Storytelling) and cost reducers (Baral, Chief of Compliance, Goblin Electromancer, Stormcatch Mentor) - into a lethal Grapeshot or Brain Freeze. Underworld Breach loops rituals into infinite mana and storm, while Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal provides a backup infinite-untap line. Bria herself offers a combat backup: her prowess and unblockable-granting trigger turn the deck's wizard/otter bodies into a lethal swing, especially with Haze of Rage and Veyran, Voice of Duality doubling triggers. The real engine, however, lives entirely in the 99 - the deck functions at full capacity without ever casting its commander.
