hashaton Discard and Reanimation by Sykantra

Format: Commander

Commander: Hashaton, Scarab's Fist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hashaton, Scarab's Fist commands an Esper graveyard and discard engine that cheats massive threats into play ahead of curve. Whenever you discard a creature, Hashaton pays two generic and one blue mana to create a four-four Zombie token copy of that creature. The deck leverages cheap discard outlets like Putrid Imp and looters to deploy overwhelming threats such as Archon of Cruelty, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, and Ashen Rider. You achieve victory through relentless combat damage from high-impact tokens, sustained drain via Gray Merchant of Asphodel and The Scarab God, or an infinite mana loop using Hashaton, Tortured Existence, and Peregrine Drake.
