Deck overview

Caesar, Legion's Emperor is a Mardu go-wide tokens deck that turns every attack into a triple payoff: sacrificing a token can create more hasty attackers, draw a card, or deal direct damage equal to the size of the swarm. The 99 reinforces this with attack-trigger multipliers like Isshin, Two Heavens as One and Windcrag Siege, death-trigger payoffs like Teysa Karlov, Blood Artist, and Falkenrath Noble, plus a dense token engine suite in Bitterblossom, Black Market Connections, Horn of Gondor, and the Mobilize creatures. The deck wins through cumulative combat pressure and aristocrat drain rather than infinite combos. All-Out Assault provides a one-turn double-combat blowout, while Ruinous Ultimatum and Hour of Reckoning clear opposing boards asymmetrically. Caesar himself is the central engine: the deck wants to attack every turn, sacrifice tokens, and convert those deaths into card advantage and damage.
