Deck overview

This deck is a Simic token and clone strategy built around Adrix and Nev, Twincasters. The game plan focuses on deploying early mana acceleration to cast the commander on turn 3, followed by high-impact token generators and clone effects on turns 4 and 5. By doubling every token created, the deck rapidly amasses wide boards using threats like Gruff Triplets, Avenger of Zendikar, Hornet Queen, and Koma, Cosmos Serpent. Card draw engines such as Curiosity Crafter and Bident of Thassa leverage the token army to draw into overrun finishes like Augmenter Pugilist // Echoing Equation and Beastmaster Ascension, closing the game on turn 6. Interactive support includes flexible countermagic and removal spells, with Junk Winder providing repeatable board tapping. The deck operates with high redundancy among token makers, enabling it to rebuild and win even if the commander is removed.
