Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue spellslinger control and combo build led by Geist of Saint Thalia. The commander reduces the cost of all noncreature spells by one generic mana, accelerating cantrips, interaction, and artifact deployment. The deck builds mana velocity through cost reducers such as Baral, Chief of Compliance and Thunderclap Drake while maintaining continuous card advantage with engines like Archmage Emeritus and Wavebreak Hippocamp. Its main win condition is an infinite mana and untap loop using Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal. Once assembled with mana artifacts producing three or more mana, the deck generates infinite mana and repeatedly casts Blue Sun's Zenith to force all three opponents to draw their entire libraries in a single turn. Backup plans include swarming the board with flying tokens using Talrand, Sky Summoner and Murmuring Mystic, or establishing a complete permanent-bounce lock with Hullbreaker Horror.
