Deck overview

This Selesnya deck leverages Miriam, Herd Whisperer to drive an aggressive midrange strategy centered on Mounts, Vehicles, and +1/+1 counters. By deploying low-cost enablers and vehicles early, the deck turns the act of tapping creatures to crew or saddle into consistent value and board growth. Miriam shields attacking Mounts and Vehicles with turn-time hexproof while steadily pumping them with counters on each attack. Midgame engines like Caradora, Heart of Alacria, Thunderous Velocipede, and Ornery Tumblewagg accelerate counter accumulation, while Abzan Falconer and Drover Grizzly provide essential evasion. The deck transitions into game-ending combat pressure with top-end threats such as Parhelion II and Bounding Felidar. Supported by efficient protection spells and targeted removal, the list delivers consistent pressure through combat while maintaining recovery paths against opposing interaction.
