This deck is a Golgari midrange strategy centered on Blech, Loafing Pest, combining lifegain triggers, tribal +1/+1 counter scaling, and aristocrat life drain. The deck develops early mana acceleration on Turns 1 and 2 to cast Blech on Turn 3. It quickly floods the board with Pest, Insect, Bat, and Snake tokens using cards like Sedgemoor Witch, Pest Infestation, and Scute Swarm. Every lifegain instance from sources like Prosperous Innkeeper, Bogwater Lumaret, or attacking Pest tokens distributes +1/+1 counters across Blech and the entire tribal army. Multipliers like Hardened Scales and Corpsejack Menace rapidly balloon the board into lethal combat threats given trample or menace by Gnarlid Colony and Hagra Constrictor.
