Commander: Terra, Herald of Hope

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Terra, Herald of Hope leads a Mardu reanimator deck focused on burying high-impact creatures and assembling explosive graveyard combos. While Terra provides steady self-mill and reanimates utility creatures with power three or less upon dealing combat damage, the main strategy operates independently. The primary win condition uses Buried Alive or Entomb to place Necrotic Ooze, Asmodeus the Archfiend, and Skirge Familiar into the graveyard. Reanimating Necrotic Ooze lets it activate Skirge Familiar for black mana and Asmodeus to draw the entire deck, winning with Sickening Dreams or repeated reanimation loops. Secondary lines cheat overwhelming threats like Archon of Cruelty and Razaketh into play early.
