Deck overview

Witch-king, Sky Scourge leads a Rakdos Wraith deck that turns Nazgûl entries into a growing board and then converts Wraith power into temporary access to the top of the library. The deck accelerates well with Sol Ring, rituals, mana rocks, Medallions, and Birgi, God of Storytelling, so it can cast its seven-mana commander ahead of a normal curve. Its strongest ordinary state is a turn-seven attack with the commander and several Ring-tempted Nazgûl, often producing a large attack and a sizable one-turn card burst. The deck has strong creature removal and sweepers, but almost no stack interaction and limited protection. Its main weakness is conversion: the commander generates access and pressure, not a deterministic win. Without a supported infinite combo, extra-turn chain, or reliable lock, the deck must win through repeated combat and spell value. It is therefore a powerful general-power midrange deck rather than a cEDH list.
