Deck overview

Helmed by The Master, Transcendent, this Sultai deck is a mill/rad-counter value engine that turns library loss into board presence and reanimation. The primary plan is to put rad counters on opponents with The Wise Mothman, Vexing Radgull, Screeching Scorchbeast, and Vault 12: The Necropolis, while self-milling with Hedron Crab, Ruin Crab, Aftermath Analyst, and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant. The Master, Transcendent then acts as a reusable reanimator, turning any creature milled that turn into a 3/3 Mutant each turn. The back-up plan is a grindier reanimation shell featuring Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Raul, Trouble Shooter, Tato Farmer, Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler, and Rise of the Dark Realms. Wins come from combat via Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus or a Vault 12 token wave, or from library-death mills involving Maddening Cacophony, Fraying Sanity, and Mindcrank.
