Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking leads an elfball deck that plays like a normal Elf swarm early and shifts to a graveyard combo deck late. You fill the graveyard with key Elves using looting, Buried Alive and Entomb, then Thranduil copies their activated abilities. With a haste enabler such as Concordant Crossroads or Lightning Greaves, Thranduil can tap immediately for infinite mana via Devoted Druid and Immaculate Magistrate or via Priest of Titania and Staff of Domination. Secondary wins come from straight elf combat with lords, Lathril drain, or Helix Pinnacle with infinite mana. Agatha's Soul Cauldron acts as a hidden second copy of the commander effect.
