Deck overview

Doctor Doom, King of Latveria commands a Grixis kindred midrange deck focused on the Villain creature type, connive triggers, and aggressive discard synergies. The primary strategy develops early mana fixing and low-cost Villains before casting Doctor Doom on Turn 4 to begin looting, distributing +1/+1 counters, and draining opponents whenever land cards are discarded. The deck rapidly scales its board state using token generators such as Madame Hydra and Ultron, Unlimited, converting card filtering into wide creature presence. By Turn 6, the deck deploys high-impact combat finishers like The Squadron Sinister or Titania, Proud Pummeler, granting flying, haste, and melee buffs to launch lethal multi-opponent alpha strikes. A robust interaction suite featuring Bedevil, Chaos Warp, and Kindred Dominance handles opposing threats and breaks creature parity. With built-in recursion from Behold the Sinister Six! and Thunderbolts Conspiracy, the deck recovers resiliently from sweepers to secure combat victory by Turn 8.
