Deck overview

Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit and Sam, Loyal Attendant form a Food and life-gain engine that drives a go-wide Halfling deck. Sam creates a Food at the start of combat and makes Food activations cost 1 less, so you can gain 3 life on demand to trigger Frodo's attack ability, tempt the Ring, and draw cards after two temptations. The primary plan is to flood the board with Halflings, Soldiers, Foods and Treasures and win with anthems or drain. Secondary paths use life-gain payoffs to grow the board or drain opponents. Peregrin Took is the hidden commander, doubling Food creation and enabling the card-draw chain.
