Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul combat-midrange strategy commanded by Bello, Bard of the Brambles. The central game plan revolves around playing non-Equipment artifacts and non-Aura enchantments with mana value 4 or greater. During your turn, Bello animates these permanents into 4/4 Elemental creatures with indestructible, haste, and combat-damage card draw. This allows high-CMC utility permanents, ramp engines, and damage multipliers to immediately generate card advantage and apply heavy combat pressure without succumbing to damage-based sweepers.
