Deck overview

Millicent, Restless Revenant leads an Azorius Spirit tribal deck that builds a wide flying army while making her own cost nearly free through Affinity for Spirits. The primary plan is to develop early Spirits, use cost reducers like Herald's Horn and Urza's Incubator, cast Millicent for very little, and convert her attack and death triggers into more tokens. Lords such as Drogskol Captain, Supreme Phantom, and Empyrean Eagle pump the team, while Moonshaker Cavalry acts as an overrun finisher. A slower secondary line uses Approach of the Second Sun plus Mystical Tutor and Windfall. The deck includes free countermagic and protection to survive interaction and board wipes.
