Mrs Breena by JacePokerPR

Format: Commander

Commander: Breena, the Demagogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Breena, the Demagogue commands an aggressive Orzhov political control shell that weaponizes table politics and combat taxes. The deck incentivizes opponents to attack each other to draw cards while Breena stacks plus-one/plus-one counters to create massive evasive threats. Disruptive taxing permanents like Ghostly Prison, Baird, Steward of Argive, and Drana and Linvala blunt enemy aggression and protect your life total. Victory comes from explosive combat swings accelerated by Duelist's Heritage and Akroma's Will, steady drain from Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and Liesa, Shroud of Dusk, or a late-game Approach of the Second Sun win.
