Deck overview

Orvar, the All-Form pilots a mono-blue combo/spellslinger deck that converts cheap "target a permanent you control" instants and sorceries into a ramp-and-draw engine. The core loop is to put Orvar on the battlefield with a mana-producing creature like Peregrine Drake or Cloud of Faeries, then chain spells such as Cerulean Wisps, Leap, and Twiddle to create Drake tokens that untap lands and generate enough mana and storm to finish the table. Primary payoffs are Aetherflux Reservoir and the self-mill combination of Brain Freeze plus Laboratory Maniac. Two independent combo families back the Orvar plan: Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal and mana rocks, and Naru Meha, Master Wizard with Ghostly Flicker and a Drake. Card draw from Archmage Emeritus, Archmage of Runes, and Talrand, Sky Summoner keeps the chain running and provides drake tokens as a secondary beatdown channel.
