Deck overview

This deck is a Temur spellslinger deck commanded by Iroh, Grand Lotus. It leverages the Lesson mechanic alongside cheap instants and sorceries to fuel a massive graveyard-centric storm and burn engine. In the early turns, the deck ramps and mills or cantrips spells into the graveyard. Once Iroh enters the battlefield, all Lesson cards in the graveyard gain flashback for just {1}, effectively turning the graveyard into a second hand of dirt-cheap spells. Cost reducers such as Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius and Uncle Iroh make these flashback costs free or negligible. As spells are cast and recast, damage enablers like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Burning Vengeance rapidly deplete the entire table's life totals. Supported by redundant token generators, mana engines like Storm-Kiln Artist, and explosive finishers like Thousand-Year Storm, the deck delivers decisive, non-infinite lethal turns.
