This deck is an Azorius kindred spellslinger strategy led by Namor the Sub-Mariner. Namor scales his power based on the total number of Merfolk on your battlefield and creates 1/1 Merfolk tokens whenever you cast noncreature spells containing blue mana symbols. The early game focuses on deploying low-cost utility Merfolk, mana rocks, and proactive disruption like Harbinger of the Seas before casting Namor on curve. During the midgame, the deck casts cheap cantrips, interaction, and adventure spells to generate a wide army of tokens while inflating Namor into an evasive commander-damage threat. Anthems such as Cathars' Crusade, Flowering of the White Tree, and Attuma, Atlantean Warlord quickly turn the token board into a lethal combat force, while defensive spells like Teferi's Protection and Grand Abolisher safeguard the board against disruption.
