Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver by jsiren65

Format: Commander

Commander: Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver commands a lethal Dimir Zombie aristocrats engine that converts sacrificial board presence into overwhelming card advantage and combo finishes. Your primary win conditions involve infinite cast-and-sacrifice loops. Combining Gravecrawler with Phyrexian Altar or Rooftop Storm lets you repeatedly cast it from the graveyard, dealing lethal damage through drain engines like Diregraf Captain, Plague Belcher, or Vengeful Dead. Alternatively, casting Acererak the Archlich for free with Rooftop Storm allows infinite dungeon ventures through the Lost Mine of Phandelver to drain all opponents. Backed by cheap interaction, efficient tutors, and heavy recursion, the deck easily pivots between aggressive zombie attrition and instant-speed combo victories.
