Aurelia by bwebb520

Format: Commander

Commander: Aurelia, the Warleader

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

A Boros Angel beatdown deck built around Aurelia, the Warleader's haste and extra combat. The primary plan is to deploy a tribe of evasive Angels, turn life-gain triggers into anthem size and alternate-win conditions, then kill with repeated combat steps. Angel of Destiny is a compact alternate finisher with Seize the Day, while Helm of the Host on Aurelia provides an infinite-combat backup. The commander functions as both accelerant and finisher because she attacks the turn she enters. Secondary paths include Gisela damage doubling and Smothering Tithe mana advantage, but the overall game is fast midrange combat rather than dedicated combos.
