New Untitled Deck by Sabre

Format: Commander

Commander: The Madcap Jester

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Madcap Jester is a theft/mill-adjacent commander who exiles cards from every opponent on attack and then lets you play cards you exile from their libraries. The deck maximizes that trigger with Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Raven Guild Master, ingest creatures, and Harmonic Prodigy, then turns the stolen cards into mana and board presence with Prosper, Don Andres, and cost reducers like Bilbo and Fortune Teller's Talent. There is no hidden commander; the 99 is built around making the Jester's trigger generate both card advantage and threats. The plan is incremental theft value culminating in combat with stolen, buffed creatures.
