Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Orzhov hybrid combining an aggressive Phyrexian Incubate and Aristocrats engine led by Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos with a compact infinite combo in Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista. Fuelled by format-ceiling fast mana like Chrome Mox, Mana Vault, and Dark Ritual, the deck accelerates ahead of curve to assemble either an immediate Turn 4 infinite damage finish or a dominating midgame value engine. A premier tutor suite featuring Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Enlightened Tutor, and Ranger-Captain of Eos ensures dependable access to combo pieces or protection. In games where the primary combo is contested, Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos synergizes with cards like Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, and Elesh Norn // The Argent Etchings to churn out massive Phyrexian armies, proliferate poison counters, and grind opponents out through aristocrat drain.
