Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Landfall Midrange strategy helmed by Zagorka, Mother of Sanctum. It leverages efficient early land-ramp spells to deploy Zagorka on Turn 4, immediately generating Sanctum land tokens on every end step. The deck entices opponents into accepting land tokens that grant political immunity from attacks while simultaneously accelerating its own mana base toward massive late-game payoffs. Once a dominant mana advantage is secured, the deck pivots into critical onset around Turn 6 with high-impact threats like Avenger of Zendikar, Omnath, Locus of Rage, and Awaken the Woods. It capitalizes on inflated land counts using punisher spells such as Price of Progress, Sunspine Lynx, and Treacherous Terrain to finish games directly or overwhelm the board with tokens across two combat cycles by Turn 8.
