Hinata, Dawn-Crowned is a Jeskai spellslinger deck built around her cost reduction and tax. The primary plan is to deploy Hinata early, then chain multi-target instants and sorceries to generate a wide board of tokens from Young Pyromancer, Monastery Mentor, and Metallurgic Summonings.
