Deck overview

Kotis, the Fangkeeper is a Sultai Voltron deck that wins by making Kotis large, unblockable, and protected, then stealing opponents' spells for free when it deals combat damage. You pump Kotis with Auras and Equipment that also grant evasion and hexproof, and you use its indestructible body to attack safely. The deck also runs a compact Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact win as a fast backup that does not need the commander. Kotis acts as card advantage and theft engine, while Wan Shi Tong, Librarian and Opposition Agent provide extra value and disruption. Fast mana and cheap tutors let you pivot between combat theft and Oracle wins.
