Shark-nado by nswrun

Format: Commander

Commander: Gavi, Nest Warden

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gavi, Nest Warden is a Jeskai cycling deck that uses Gavi's free first cycle and second-draw Dino token to churn through the deck. The primary plan is to generate a wide board of Dinosaurs, Drakes, and Sharks, then finish with Shared Animosity or Akroma's Will. The secondary, cleaner path is the Approach of the Second Sun + Mystical Tutor combo, with Gamble as a backup tutor. The commander's role is to reduce cycling cost and create tokens; the hidden Brallin/Shabraz pair in the 99 adds discard/draw payoffs. The deck is built to use Gavi's face, not a double-faced commander. It wins by token combat or the two-turn Approach loop.
