Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Naya midrange build led by Toph, the First Metalbender. It aims to convert artifacts into lands and turn lands into resilient, hasty attackers using the Earthbend mechanic. By curving low-cost mana dorks and artifact lands into an early commander cast, the deck rapidly generates an army of creature lands that return to the battlefield if destroyed. It builds toward a lethal combat finish on Turns 6 to 8 by leveraging mass pump effects such as Cathars' Crusade, Blossoming Bogbeast, and Loading Zone. Interactive pieces like High Noon and Tomik, Distinguished Advokist slow down faster combo decks while Toph's engine grinds out board advantage. While vulnerable to mass bounce and exile effects, the deck exhibits excellent recovery against standard board wipes due to the built-in recursion of Earthbent lands.
