Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity mono-green go-wide aggro deck commanded by Shroofus Sproutsire. Its primary game plan uses dense 1-drop acceleration to deploy Shroofus on turn 2, followed by cheap combat pump spells on turn 3. Because Shroofus creates Saprolings equal to the combat damage it deals, a single pump spell yields 5 to 8 Saprolings on the first attack. On turn 4, the deck leverages mass draw engines like Toski, Bearer of Secrets and Shamanic Revelation or deploys game-ending overrun effects like Beastmaster Ascension and Craterhoof Behemoth. The deck features high redundancy in ramp, pumps, and creature tutors, backed by an efficient suite of 1-mana protection spells to counter targeted removal. While highly explosive in creature combat, the deck remains vulnerable to non-destruction board wipes and possesses little stack interaction against fast combo strategies.
