Sisay V2 by user9347564

Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a five-color legendary-tribal combo deck helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, whose repeatable battlefield-tutor ability is the engine that assembles the deck's primary win condition: the Najeela, the Blade-Blossom + Derevi, Empyrial Tactician infinite-combat loop. Sisay's power scales with the colors among other legendary permanents, letting her tutor most key pieces directly onto the battlefield. The 99 is packed with legendary synergy (Kethis, the Hidden Hand, Shanid, Sleepers' Scourge, Captain Sisay), trigger doublers (Delney, Streetwise Lookout, Annie Joins Up), a dense mana-acceleration package (Sol Ring, five Talismans, Faebrow Elder, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds), and stax/protection elements (Drannith Magistrate, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, Teferi, Time Raveler) that shield the combo turn. Secondary plans include value beats and incremental legendary-card advantage.
