Deck overview

This deck executes a classic Grixis wheel and group slug strategy led by Nekusar, the Mindrazer. The primary game plan focuses on deploying persistent draw and discard punishers such as Underworld Dreams, Liliana's Caress, and Razorkin Needlehead before resolving symmetrical hand-refill spells like Windfall, Wheel and Deal, or Teferi's Puzzle Box. These wheels deal devastating bursts of 14 to 28 damage across the table simultaneously. The deck is supported by high-tier free counterspells like Fierce Guardianship and Force of Negation to safeguard its win attempts. In addition to the burn plan, the list contains an alternate infinite win condition utilizing Rooftop Storm and Acererak the Archlich to venture through the Lost Mine of Phandelver infinitely. While the deck possesses explosive mid-game lethality, its mana base consists entirely of basic lands, which introduces occasional color-fixing friction.
