Commander: Radagast of Rhosgobel

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Radagast of Rhosgobel is a mono-green value commander who discounts and flashes the first creature spell each turn. The deck builds around that discount by ramping hard into a swarm of midrange and top-end threats, using landfall token engines and draw pieces like Toski, Garruk's Uprising, and Ohran Frostfang to keep the pressure coming. The primary plan is to overwhelm with creatures and close with a trampling overrun: Craterhoof Behemoth, End-Raze Forerunners, or Finale of Devastation for X 10. A secondary path is a slower value game in which Kodama of the East Tree and Vivien, Monsters' Advocate chain extra permanents, while Thorn Mammoth and Kogla keep the board clean. There is no hidden commander; Radagast's role is acceleration, not a dedicated engine, and the deck still functions if he is never cast.
