Deck overview

Adeliz, the Cinder Wind is an Izzet Wizards tempo deck that turns cheap instants and sorceries into a flying, trampling army. The primary plan is to deploy low-cost Wizards, cast Adeliz on turn three, then chain cantrips, burn, and card draw to pump every Wizard before combat. Backup win lines include direct damage from Guttersnipe, Rockslide Sorcerer, and Urabrask, and value loops with Goliath Daydreamer and Emeritus of Ideation. Urabrask // The Great Work acts as a hidden commander, supplying mana, burn, and graveyard recursion. The deck is interactive, with a heavy countermagic suite, but relies on keeping a critical mass of Wizards alive to close out the game.
