Deck overview

This Temur deck pairs Jamie McCrimmon and The Tenth Doctor to pursue a historic-driven Voltron and midrange beatdown strategy. Jamie provides the primary win condition: as a 2/2 with trample, he scales massively whenever you cast artifacts, legendaries, or Sagas, converting high-cost historic spells into one-shot commander damage strikes. The Tenth Doctor complements this by exiling cards with suspend on attack and offering a late-game mana sink to time-travel suspended threats onto the board. Supported by equipment like Two-Handed Axe // Sweeping Cleave, Blackblade Reforged, and Excalibur, Sword of Eden, Jamie threatens lethal strikes starting on Turn 6. Because the list relies almost entirely on combat damage across three turns without tutors or combos, it is vulnerable to targeted removal and board wipes, but it packs durable equipment protection and formidable backup beaters in Displaced Dinosaurs and Ghalta, Primal Hunger.
