Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo aggro-control build led by Goro-Goro and Satoru. The game plan revolves around deploying ultra-cheap, unblockable creatures on early turns and leveraging ninjutsu or haste granting to ensure creatures enter the battlefield and immediately deal combat damage. Each connection triggers the commander to generate 5/5 flying Dragon Spirit tokens, rapidly transforming small evasive threats into a lethal aerial vanguard. The strategy is sustained by an extensive suite of coastal combat-draw engines, such as Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, and Reconnaissance Mission, which refill the hand on every swing. Interaction is efficient and low to the ground, relying on cheap counterspells and bounce spells to clear blockers and protect key pieces. While vulnerable to resolved board wipes and defensive aerial blockers, the deck’s exceptional velocity and redundant threat base allow it to maintain relentless pressure and close games efficiently through flying damage.
